The annual tradition hosted since the 1980s will be back with 10,000 participants and a crowd of over 500,000 watching from the streets.
The first ever inaugural parade was in 1987 with 2,000 performers and, following last year’s cancellation, the parade returns on 1st of January with over 10,000 attendees from the USA, UK, Europe.
A very important part of LNYDP is fundraising for London Charities, in fact more than £ 1.5 million has been raised or donated to London Charities since the beginning.
London’s New Year’s Day Parade will start at 12pm, January 1st, on Piccadilly.
