FREE ‘PAY WHAT YOU CAN’ WALKING TOURS:
1.1 To make a booking and guarantee your place on any WOL tour, you must agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
1.2 Upon confirmation of your booking, subject to availability and at the discretion of WOL, WOL will reserve your place on the selected tour. It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to check the accuracy of the booking and the dates of travel.
1.3 Upon confirmation of your booking, WOL will issue you an e-ticket containing a qr-code. The qr-code is required for participation in the selected tour. Please print your ticket or be able to show it on a smart phone, your guide will need to scan your ticket.
1.4 The tours are operated on a tips-only basis, and there is no upfront cost to access the tour. Whilst it is not necessary for individual travelers to pre-book their place, we strongly advise doing so. Individuals presenting themselves at the start point are not subject to any charge and places are allocated on a first-come- first-served basis.
COVID-19 Guidance Update: to be able to follow social distancing and to run tours safely, we have introduced a small admin booking fee (non-refundable and valid for people of all ages) which will guarantee we will be able to run a manageable and safe tour (max 20 people including the tour guide). This fee will cover our marketing costs and it also means that the guide will keep 100% of your donations and tips. Bookings can only be transferred to a later date 12 hours before the tour (at our discretion). You can only do this once and should you be unable to attend you will be required to book a new ticket as our guides require certain numbers of people on the tours to make a decent living. We might postpone the tour if we don’t reach a minimum number of bookings for the tour (at our discretion – this does not give you the right of a refund which we will issue only in certain circumstances at our discretion) and your booking will be moved to the next date depending on your availability.
1.5 Pre-booking gives you priority onto the tour over guests with no reservation in the rare case a tour is oversubscribed and saves you from waiting in line upon presenting yourself before the tour to a WOL guide. However, we do require that you do so no later than 15 minutes before the start of the tour, after which point we reserve the right to allocate your place to somebody else. This is in the interests of fairness to all those wishing to participate on the tour, as well as to ensure their punctual start.

9.20 SHIPPING
Unfortunately we also have been impacted by COVID-19. Delays and shipping restrictions are out of our control and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping costs are excluded from the prices shown on the website and will be calculated during the checkout process – products are printed in different countries, so shipping costs will change depending on your shipping address. You can search for products by category and country of production – please note that delays may occur due to Covid-19 and Brexit.
Please allow extended shipping times of up to 30 business days, but usually it will be much quicker for you to get the product!
If you don’t receive your order within 30 business day, please email us at orders@wondersoflondon.com. Our team will be happy to investigate for you.
9. 21 Import Charges
Duties and Taxes payable by the customer at point of entry may apply to international orders. Unfortunately there are no strong rules or reasoning behind as to why some orders get charged and some don’t. At this point you cannot pre-pay import charges at checkout. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding!
9.22 REFUNDS
Wonders of London will absolutely do their best to make things right, whether it’s a missing order, refund, or an exchange.
Just be aware that we use print on demand companies, all products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product. Our Print Providers don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items.
Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the print provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or you ordered the wrong size or color, Wonders of London is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
However, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such, we can offer a replacement order.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately to orders@wondersoflondon.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will need to send us photo of the item in question to help process a replacement.
We only review replacement or return requests within 14 days of product delivery.
We do not cover return shipping costs for replacements.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore Wonders of London reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
Thank you for your patience and your support!
