Pubs, bars, restaurants, hairdressers, museums, galleries and cinemas in London to reopen on July 4

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has confirmed that hospitality and cultural venues will be allowed to reopen as planned on Saturday July 4.

However indoor gyms, swimming pools, spas, bowling alleys and night clubs will not reopen yet. 

Venues will welcome seated guests for the first time since the beginning of lockdown, but guidelines will see only members of the same household allowed to sit together.

Boris Johnson also said that in areas where people are not able to socially distance by two-metres, they will be asked to stay “one-metre plus” away from one another.
