Natural History Museum is transforming its outdoor space to start a new urban nature movement

The outdoor five-acre site in South Kensington is being transformed into a wonderful and biologically diverse green space in the heart of London.

New outdoor galleries will showcase the scientific research of the Museum and provide a fantastic space for the public to explore urban nature.

Access to the garden will be improved, with universal step-free routes across the area and the existing Wildlife Garden will be extended providing an incredible setting for the museum’s historic building.
