Brian Rose has been fined £200 for breaking lockdown rules while recording campaign video with his bus in London.
The independent candidate to London’s mayor, former Wall Street banker Brian Rose was filming promotional material for his campaign in Southwark on Sunday when police stopped him and issued him a fine of £200.
While recording a socially distanced video, mr Rose and his staff were told that “campaigning was not a necessary reason”.
Despite saying they had valid parking and filming permits from the council, mr Rose and his staff were fined £200 each.
