EasyJet to resume some flights in June with compulsory masks

The airline announces a cautious restart on some routes from 15 June, but you will need to wear a mask, and no food will be available on board.

Easyjet would likely operate domestic flights within the UK and France from 15 June with the only international service being Gatwick to Nice at the beginning.

The airports in UK to see the limited domestic services return will be Bristol, Birmingham, Gatwick, Liverpool, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness and Belfast, and further routes will be added in the following weeks.

The company will introduce enhanced cleaning and disinfection of its aircraft, will make disinfectant wipes and hand sanitiser available on board, and will require all passengers and both cabin and ground crew to wear face masks. Also there will be no food service.
